  1. Register for an account with HiTekPals Support Community
  2. Use the search bar in the upper right hand corner to search for your issue, there could already be a resolved case that will support your issue!
  3. If the search bar fails, select the category from the drop down nav bar menu that your inquiry falls under or just go to the forum and browse.
  4. Post your problem, make sure your thread title is specific.
  5. In the body of your inquiry, be as detailed as possible. Included pictures if possible, error codes, logs, etc.
  6. After you have submitted your inquiry, a support pal will respond!
  7. Don't forget to introduce yourself on the introduction forum!
